Yes. Customer-supplied stainless tumblers can be ordered directly in the shop. For other items, send a description or photo through the quote form and we will confirm suitability and price before you drop off or ship the item.
Items that do not fit the 220 × 220 mm work area, or materials that do not take a laser mark safely, may not be suitable. We confirm each item before accepting it.
Leduc drop-off and pickup are arranged by appointment, or you can ship the item to us and we ship it back anywhere in Canada.
Customer-supplied items follow the same 5–7 business day timeline after proof approval.
