Most orders are completed within 5–7 business days after you approve the digital proof. Rush production is available at checkout for an additional 25%.
A vector file (SVG, PDF or AI) gives the cleanest result and is engraved as supplied. If you only have a JPG or PNG we redraw it as part of setup. Every new custom design carries a one-time $15 artwork & setup fee per order; reorders of artwork on file carry no fee.
